Instructor - skills training (remote)

Ironwood River Staffing places workers with employers around Milwaukee. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in timekeeping. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
