Instructor - skills training (remote)

Westbrook Glen Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Atlanta with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
