Instructor - skills training (remote)

Summit Willow Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Austin region, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 507 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in retention. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
