Instructor - skills training (remote)

Fernwood Thistle Learning Group Partners is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
