Instructor - skills training (remote)

Summit Lakeside Health Group runs clinics and patient services around San Jose, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
