Instructor - skills training (remote)

Nova Sable Early Learning runs childcare centres in Rochester caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
