Instructor - skills training (remote)

Bright Glen Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 803 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
