Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Amber Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
