Instructor - skills training (remote)

Stonegate North Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Colorado Springs, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
