Instructor - skills training (remote)

Highbridge Fox Medical designs and makes medical devices in Oakland, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
