Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Sparrow Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
