Instructor - skills training (remote)

Clearpath Ridge Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 515 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
