Instructor - skills training (remote)

Summit Ivory Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Indianapolis, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
