Instructor - skills training (remote)

Northwind Ember Early Learning is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
