Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
