Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cedar Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in electronic records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
