Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Kestrel Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
