Instructor - skills training (remote)

Westbrook Lakeside Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Reno with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 418 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
