Instructor - skills training (remote)

Westbrook Maple Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Colorado Springs. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about vehicle inspections. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in vehicle inspections. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
