Instructor - skills training (remote)

Bluepeak North Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Minneapolis, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
