Instructor - skills training (remote)

Greenridge Stone Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
