Instructor - skills training (remote)

Harborlight Lantern Early Learning is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 532 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
