Instructor - skills training (remote)

Rivermark Corner Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Charleston. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
