Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Corner Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
