Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Meadow Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
