Instructor - skills training (remote)

Ironwood Ridge Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Virginia Beach, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in device records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
