Instructor - skills training (remote)

Lumen Granite Staffing is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in candidate screening. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
