Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lantern Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
