Instructor - skills training (remote)

Rivermark Meadow Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Des Moines, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
