Instructor - skills training (remote)

Amberfield Lantern Auto Group is a Detroit company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
