Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Fox Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
