Instructor - skills training (remote)

Fernwood Cedar Health is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in referrals. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
