Instructor - skills training (remote)

Rivermark Granite Staffing Group is a Anchorage staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
