Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Basin Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
