Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Linden Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in equipment calibration. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
