Instructor - skills training (remote)

Bright Thistle Early Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in classroom supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
