Instructor - skills training (remote)

Cedar West Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Tampa. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
