Instructor - skills training (remote)

Redstone Meadow Staffing places workers with employers around Birmingham, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 769 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
