Instructor - skills training (remote)

Ironwood Thistle Medical Partners is a Oklahoma City company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
