Instructor - skills training (remote)

Amberfield Granite Medical designs and makes medical devices in Jacksonville, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 227 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
