Instructor - skills training (remote)

Harborlight Rook Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Louisville. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
