Instructor - skills training (remote)

Northwind Ridge Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Charleston region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
