Instructor - skills training (remote)

Westbrook Cobalt Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Louisville caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
