Instructor - skills training (remote)

Summit West Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around El Paso, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
