Instructor - skills training (remote)

Lumen Haven Early Learning is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
