Instructor - skills training (remote)

Amberfield Haven Auto Group is a Colorado Springs company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
