Instructor - skills training (remote)

Foxglove Thistle Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
