Instructor - skills training (remote)

Amberfield Birch Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
