Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Fox Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 429 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in retention. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
