Instructor - skills training (remote)

Silverline Quill Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Portland. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
